The Exhale Experience is a live 4-week global breathwork journey designed to help you move from overwhelm to calm, from mental noise to clarity, and from survival mode back into connection with yourself.

Through guided breathwork, nervous system regulation, reflection, and community support, you'll learn how to release stress stored in the body, process emotions safely, improve sleep, and cultivate the courage to move forward with greater confidence and ease.

Week 1: Deep Calm

The journey begins by slowing down. Through guided breathwork, you'll learn how to release accumulated stress, quiet mental noise, and create a greater sense of safety within your body. This week is designed to help you reconnect with a state of calm that may have felt out of reach for far too long.

Week 2: Mental Clarity

When the nervous system begins to settle, clarity naturally follows. This week focuses on reducing overwhelm, quieting the constant chatter of the mind, and creating space for greater focus, insight, and inner knowing.

Week 3: Restorative Sleep

Many people struggle to rest because their bodies never fully switch off. This week is dedicated to helping you unwind deeply, regulate your nervous system, and cultivate the conditions for more restorative sleep, recovery, and renewal.

Week 4: Courage Activation

As calm, clarity, and rest begin to take root, we create space for forward movement. This final week is designed to help you reconnect with your confidence, trust yourself more deeply, and take meaningful action toward the life you want to create.

The Exhale Experience is intentionally designed as a progression.

First, we create Deep Calm.

From calm comes Mental Clarity.

From clarity comes Restorative Sleep.

And when your body feels rested, regulated, and supported, Courage naturally emerges.

Because courage isn't something you force.

It's something that becomes available when you're no longer carrying the weight of constant stress.

Over four weeks, you'll move from simply surviving to feeling more grounded, clear, rested, and empowered in your everyday life.

One live 60–90 minute guided breathwork experience every Monday with Sarah and a global community of participants.

🎥 Lifetime Session Replays
Can't attend live? No problem. Every session is recorded and uploaded within 24 hours so you can revisit the experience anytime.
