I Love You Sarah, Thank You!

​Sarah immediately brings a deep level of comfort and trust into the room with her presence. She is incredibly thorough in introducing the concept of breathwork if you are new to it, and explains her own process and array of experiences that have led her to where she currently is as a breathwork facilitator. It was refreshing because, while I always feel prepared for a journey, I didn’t feel overwhelmed about remembering what to do, or messing up, because, as she said, I simply had to focus on the breathing technique (which she runs through with you) and follow her guidance. I appreciated how she covered any what-ifs and emphasized that all reactions of any kinds are acceptable and welcome.

Before I found breathwork, I was feeling weary and drained from navigating 9 months of socially-distanced interactions and healing my own built-up traumas from early life, as well as burnout from the overall chaos of the year.

​

After a session with Sarah, I experienced a great sense of release that I hadn’t been allowing of myself, and as a result, a feeling of self-renewal. The first round of deep breathing placed me in a mode of deep relaxation, and from there the energy continued to build in intensity. Once I got fully comfortable I was able to let go, which allowed me to experience euphoric moments and feelings of awe and color visualizations, amid a great bubble of safety.

Sarah makes it crystal clear that my comfort is of the utmost importance!! The healing and clarity that took place days after our session was amazing. I had moments where I would feel a deep emotion, observe it and let it go, and I was totally prepared for it. Sarah had noted to me that because healing isn’t linear, I could find myself experiencing flashbacks from my session, and if anything those occurrences provided greater emotional clarity. Even though I was aware this could happen, I was surprised to find how deeply the healing continued to occur beyond the session.

Sarah provides a truly safe and non-judgmental space for whoever enters, which I feel is really rare to find, especially upon a first meeting. If you want to be given the opportunity to truly release and break through energetic and somatic blockages, then breathwork is for you, too! I love that it is in essence very simple and straightforward, yet capable of providing such profound experiences. Show yourself some love, and give it a try.

If you yearn to know who you truly are, and want to break through any blocks holding you back, then a breathwork session with Sarah is the ultimate. Sarah was the first person to teach me what breathwork was, as I hadn't heard of it before. I underestimated the importance of breathwork and what it could do for me.

​

Before I found breathwork, I was often feeling anxious. I have tried many things to manage my anxiety but nothing truly helped. I was in search of something greater. Something deeper.

​

After a session with Sarah, I experienced a calmness I haven't felt in a long time. During the session I had a lot of emotions come up about past experiences that I didn’t know I needed to address. This session has allowed me to feel the emotions and work through them and provide myself comfort and reassurance. I could feel my spirits lift immediately after our session.

With Sarah's guidance into the theta brainwave, I felt held and completely safe and supported. There isn't another person I could trust to be able to fully express myself in any way I need to. Breathwork with Sarah is an incredible opportunity to transform and be held in a safe container. It's hard to find this kind of special place to retreat to nowadays.

I don’t typically feel comfortable opening up, I told Sarah in our first session- to which without hesitation she replied, that’s perfectly fine and natural.

​

The confidence I sense in her, leads to trust, which then leads to safety and security. I now understand why not opening up is perfectly fine and natural.

​

I started breathwork without really knowing what to expect, I just trusted the cues. I believe Sarah is able to disappear and let the breath guide, only because of the immediate instinctual trust that she is able to cast.

Before breathwork found me, I was feeling stressed and self critical.

​

After a session with Sarah, I experienced validation and permission to not be so critical of myself, and it allowed me feel with acceptance.

​

The experiences are always refreshing because it doesn’t tell you to do this or that or to follow 10 steps. It is a very personal experience and Sarah helps facilitate and let it be, almost where I wish there is more!

So many things today are not that experience and to the contrary, very controlling and force fed. These sessions are a very liberating experience, so I think it is well done.
